Another piece of the puzzle in Eli Karp’s plan to take over the world (or at least the borderland between Prospect and Crown Heights) is not far from completion. The third installment of the Hello Living complex, 904 Pacific Street (aka Dakota) will have 21 glassy units when all is said and done, which may be later than the developer hoped given the Stop Work Order currently in place for inadequate safety measures relating to the scaffolding. How do you think the Dakota looks compared to the original Madison?

Guess that’s dependant on your definition of a few blocks. Goggle maps shows it 3/4 of a mile away. Under that standard half the city is close to a homeless shelter…
Are people involved with this development worried at all about the city’s plan to dramatically increase the size of the homeless shelter a few blocks away at the Bedford Armory? Do people think a factor like this will influence sales?
